日系センターでシニアラウンジがスタートしました。同世代(65+)の仲間とお茶を飲みながらパソコン、タブレットやスマートフォンの便利な機能を学びましょう。遠く離れた家族や友人と繋がりたい、WI-FIのことを教えてなど、元ボクサーでチャリティー活動などでご活躍されている吉川英治さんがゆっくり楽しくボランティアとともに教えます。ご自身のパソコン、タブレット、スマートフォンをご持参ください。
Seniors’ Tech Lounge at NGFM

The Seniors’ Lounge is a new Nikkei Centre initiative where we create an open space, beyond a classroom environment, for seniors (65+) to come and ask questions related to technology. Seniors can request the help of volunteers for tasks such as downloading apps, connecting to wi-fi, opening an email account, making phone calls and more!
Please bring your own device, Nikkei Centre is not responsible for providing devices for personal use. After receiving technical assistance, enjoy refreshments and feel free to relax at the lounge as well. This lounge will run every 4th Sunday of the month until further notice.
