第46回パウエルストリートフェスティバルは晴天の中、大勢の人が訪れ、参加し、にぎやかなうちに幕を閉じた。
7月30日、31日とも、雲ひとつない青空が広がり、3年ぶりにオッペンハイマー公園とその周辺で開催されたフェスティバルを多くの人が楽しんだ。
