今回はメトロバンクーバー在住で銀閣寺の近くに育ったMisakiさんと京都在住で英語ガイドして活躍中のKeikoさんが嵐山の竹林の小径などの案内をします。
内容はなるべく英語と日本語で行いますので、日本のことをもっと知りたいカナダ人や日本を再発見したい日本人も参加できます。申込は無料です。

Hello. This is the invitation to the 9th ZOOM event titled “Okuni Jiman – I ❤️ MY HOMETOWN”. This will be a New Year’s special version that will feature Kyoto.
This presentation will be hosted by Misaki, a Metro Vancouver resident who grew up near the famous Ginkakuji Temple and Keiko, an English guide based in Kyoto. They will be taking everyone for a walk through the bamboo grove in Arashiyama.
The presentation will be conducted in both English and Japanese as much as possible, and we look forward to having Canadians who want to know more about local Japan and Japanese wanting to rediscover their country of birth. This is a free event open to anyone interested.
